Channels let you use InfuseOS from messaging apps, not just the browser.

Personal vs Workspace Scope
Before connecting a channel, choose scope:
- Personal: channel actions run in your personal context.
- Workspace: channel actions run in the active workspace context.
If you connect in the wrong scope, disconnect and reconnect in the right one.
Telegram
What Telegram can do

How to connect Telegram
- Open
Settings -> Channels. - Choose Personal or Workspace scope.
- Click Connect on Telegram.
- Scan the QR code or open the link.
- In Telegram, press Start to finish linking.
Rollout status
WhatsApp support is rolling out. Some workspaces will see Coming Soon first.
How WhatsApp connect flow works
- Open
Settings -> Channels. - Choose Personal or Workspace scope.
- Click Connect on WhatsApp.
- Open WhatsApp from the generated link or QR code.
- Send the one-time link code to complete connection.
How Approvals Work in Channels
When an action is high impact, you may get an approval prompt in the channel.
- Approve: the action runs.
- Deny: the action is canceled.
Examples of actions that may require approval:
- sending email
- creating an event
- publishing a post
- running Computer Use tasks from a connected surface
Common Issues
Connected badge is missing
- Refresh the Channels page.
- Confirm you finished the Start or code step.
- Verify you are in the same scope where you connected.
Channel says Coming Soon
- This usually means rollout is not enabled for your workspace yet.
- Keep it in your setup plan and enable it when rollout reaches your workspace.
Messages are using the wrong data
- Check whether you are in Personal or Workspace scope.
- Scope mismatch is the most common cause.
