Run a read-only test

Return a table with name, folder, and last updated date.

Read and summarize

Read the latest onboarding policy document and summarize key changes in 6 bullets.

Organize folders

Create a folder named "Client Briefs 2026" under "Projects".

Save output to Drive

Create a markdown report from this analysis and save it in the "Weekly Reports" folder.

Approval Behavior

ActionTypical approval behavior
Search/list/readUsually lower-risk
Upload/update/create foldersMay require approval

Better Prompt Inputs

NeedAdd this
Faster file lookupFolder name + file type + date range
Better summariesAsk for sectioned output
Safe write actions"Draft first, then upload"

Common Mistakes

  1. "Show all files" with no filters.
  2. Missing folder context.
  3. Asking for full raw output when summary is enough.

For large files, ask for summary first. Request raw extraction only for the sections you need.
