Upgrading Your Plan

How to Upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing
- View available plans
- Click Upgrade on your chosen plan
- Complete payment through Stripe
- New limits apply immediately
What Happens When You Upgrade
- Credits are added immediately
- New limits take effect right away
- Billing cycle starts from upgrade date
- You keep any remaining credits from current period
Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Subscription Status
Go to Settings → Billing to see:
- Current plan name
- Credits per month
- Renewal date
- Payment method
Accessing Billing Portal
For paid plans, click Manage Billing to:
- Update payment method
- View invoices
- Download receipts
- Cancel subscription

Canceling
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Billing
- Select Cancel subscription
- Confirm cancellation
When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll move to the Free plan.
Billing Cycle
How It Works
- Billing is monthly from your upgrade date
- Credits reset at the start of each cycle
- Unused credits don't roll over
- Knowledge and workflow limits are ongoing (not reset)
Example
If you upgrade to Pro on January 15:
- You get 1,000 credits immediately
- Credits reset on February 15
- Monthly billing on the 15th
Payment Methods
InfuseOS accepts:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Debit cards
- Some regional payment methods
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Invoices and Receipts
Access billing history:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Billing
- View Invoice history
- Download invoices as PDF

For organizations:

- Add/remove seats as needed

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I try Pro features before upgrading?
Currently, there's no trial. The Free plan lets you explore core features before upgrading.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You won't be able to send new messages until credits reset or you upgrade.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support for refund requests. We handle these case by case.
Is there annual billing?
Currently, billing is monthly only. Annual plans may be available in the future.
