Usage Tracking

Keep track of your InfuseOS usage to manage credits effectively and avoid running out unexpectedly.

Accessing Usage

  1. Click your profile icon in the sidebar
  2. Select Settings
  3. Click the Usage tab

Usage Overview

The usage page shows three key metrics:

Credits

Knowledge Storage

Usage History

Viewing History

The usage history table shows detailed consumption:

  • Date: When the usage occurred
  • Conversation: Which chat used credits
  • Actions: What types of actions were taken
  • Credits: How many credits were consumed

Click on any conversation to see:

  • Individual messages and their costs
  • Each tool that was executed
  • Total credits for that conversation

Low Credit Warnings

InfuseOS warns you when credits are running low:

What to Do

When credits are low:

  1. Wait for monthly reset
  2. Upgrade to a higher plan
  3. Use credits more efficiently

Managing Usage

Reducing Credit Consumption

  1. Combine requests: Ask for multiple things in one message
  2. Be specific: Clear prompts reduce back-and-forth
  3. Disable web search: When not needed
  4. Use appropriate models: GPT 5.1 for simple tasks

Monitoring Tips

  • Check usage weekly
  • Note patterns in consumption
  • Adjust habits before running out
  • Consider upgrading if regularly exhausting credits

Knowledge Storage

Checking Storage

View knowledge usage in Settings → Usage:

  • Words currently stored
  • Maximum limit
  • Percentage used

Managing Storage

If approaching limit:

  1. Review saved content in Knowledge page
  2. Delete outdated or unnecessary items
  3. Consolidate related documents
  4. Consider upgrading for more space

Workflow Tracking

Active Workflows

View active workflows:

  • Currently running automations
  • Paused workflows (don't count against limit)
  • Room for new workflows

Managing Workflows

If at limit:

  1. Review existing workflows in Workflows page
  2. Delete unused workflows
  3. Pause workflows you don't need now
  4. Consider upgrading for more

Credit Reset

When Credits Reset

Credits reset on your billing cycle date:

  • Monthly from your signup/upgrade date
  • Unused credits don't roll over
  • Full allocation restored at reset

Finding Your Reset Date

  1. Go to Settings → Usage
  2. Look for "Credits reset on [date]"

Or check Settings → Billing for billing cycle information.

Organization Usage

For team accounts:

Per-Seat Allocation

Each seat gets:

  • 4,000 credits
  • 5M knowledge words
  • 25 workflows

Team Monitoring

Admins and owners can view:

  • Overall team usage
  • Per-member consumption
  • Shared resource usage
