Settings
Understand the main settings tabs and what to configure in each one.
Settings
Settings is your control center.
Use it to decide:
- how your account is secured
- which alerts you get
- how InfuseOS responds by default
- which channels are connected
- how to monitor credits and billing

Account Tab
Use Account for identity and security actions.
What you can do
- view profile name and email
- enable or disable two-factor authentication
- download backup codes
- change password for email and password accounts
- sign out
- delete account
Preferences Tab
Use Preferences to control product emails.
Useful alerts to keep on
- workflow failed
- credits running low
- credits exhausted
- plan upgraded
- integration needs reconnect
Personalization Tab
Use Personalization to control how InfuseOS replies.
Main controls
- default response language
- response style such as concise or detailed
- voice for audio playback
- approval-related defaults if available in your workspace
Keep approval-heavy actions easy to review. Simpler defaults are better while you are still learning how you want the product to behave.
Channels Tab
Use Channels to connect Telegram and WhatsApp.
- personal and workspace connections are separate
- always check scope before connecting

Use Usage to track limits and remaining capacity.
Main numbers to watch
- monthly credits used vs total
- purchased credits remaining
- total available credits
- Memory words used vs limit
- Workflows used vs limit
Billing Tab
Use Billing for subscription and payments.
What you can do
- see your current plan and status
- upgrade or switch plans
- buy extra credit packs
- open the billing portal for invoices, payment methods, and cancellation

- Enable 2FA in Account.
